All household garbage should be placed in city owned containers & placed on the curb by 7am on your scheduled collection day. All containers should be removed from the curb by 7am the next day after collection.

The City of LaGrange is now accepting applications for the 2019 LaGrange 101 Class.
This is a free 6-week citizen education class that offers community members an opportunity to experience an inside look at the City of LaGrange government and helps to develop informed and involved citizens.
LaGrange 101 meets Monday evenings 5:30-8:00 p.m. All classes are held in the 3rd floor large conference room at City Hall, 200 Ridley Avenue in LaGrange. *Optional Dinner will be served every class 5:30-6 p.m. The classes will be held on the following nights:
Each week participants will learn about two departments of local government. Graduation from the class will take place at the LaGrange City Council meeting Tuesday, November 12th at 5:30 p.m.
Before the class begins each applicant is asked to submit three topics they would like addressed about the City of LaGrange. The presenters each week will incorporate submitted topics into their presentations. Applications are due Friday, August 30th. Applicants will be notified by Friday, September 6th if you will be a part of the 2019 LaGrange 101 Class. There are only 15 seats available each year.
